Printing
DCV client allows direct printing from the remote workstation to a local printer. The local printer will appear with the (“-Redirected”) word in its name. This option (as of 3Q2022) only works for sizes A3 and smaller. To print on plotters, you must first print it in the file. There are three large sizes suitable for HP plotters to choose from:
Custom24x42 – Width 24”, Height 42”
Custom36x63 – Width 36.1”, Height 63”
Custom42x74 – Width 42”, Height 74.7”
You can print in a pdf file in any application on the remote workstation by selecting “Microsoft Print to PDF.” Please save the produced pdf file, then transfer it to the local computer by any method of downloading data, then print it as any other document locally.
