How usage is metered

We separately track your hardware and software usage. You do not pay (hourly rates) for the time software is installed but not running (actively used) on your machine.
Each day, a maintenance fee is charged per machine from when you received your login or ordered additional machines up to when you dropped your machine(s).

An active use fee is charged for each calendar day you start your machine. The cut-off time is midnight. If the machine is running overnight, it will count as two days.
Software is metered in 5 minutes increments.
